
What to ExpectDuring an initial phone consultation, we will speak briefly and make a determination as to whether an initial meeting will occur. Generally before the meeting date you will be provided with a list of documents to bring, and a relatively short questionnaire to complete. At our first meeting client expectations will be discussed and the scope of the engagement and project . From this meeting we will determine the course of work we will do together. At the first meeting you will be provided the Client Engagement Letter and Form ADV, Part II. We will spend time discussing these documents. The first meeting may be the only meeting depending on the nature of the question and/or scope of the engagement. Normally, there are at least two to three meetings, sometimes more depending on the engagement. In addition to time spent together in meetings, there often is time spent formulating a plan or specific analysis. Payment For Services are due as follows:An initial retainer is due at the time services are engaged. Retainers are required to begin all services. If an initial retainer is exhausted, secondary retainers may be requested. Invoices are due upon delivery. Payment for a general financial consultation is due at the time and on the day of the consultation. Payment for services is explained and discussed during an initial phone consultation before services have been contracted. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Check or Cash.
